CCongress objectives



1st International Congress on Food Technology addresses issues affecting the researches and the professionals from food industry, including the innovations in food science and technology. This Congress aims to identify the following areas:

* benefits of new food technologies and processes
* improvement of knowledge on trends on food science and technology
* exchanging ideas with the members of the academia and professionals from food industry

The members of the academia, researchers, students, professionals from manufacturing industry and government are the target audience of the 1st International Congress on Food Technology. Manufacturing companies and owners or managers of food business would benefit from the Congress.
