Cancellation and refund policies
Registration : Registered delegates and accompanying persons unable to attend the Congress will receive a full refund of their registration and accommodation fees less EURO 20 administration fee, provided that the Congress Secretariat on or before May 01, 2010 receives a written request. Cancellations received from May 01, 2010 to June 30, 2010 - 25% refund; and cancellations received from July 01, 2010 to August 31, 2010 - 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 31, 2010. For any name change before August 31, 2010 an extra EURO 50 will be charged as a handling fee.
After August 31, 2010 registration and accommodation fees are not transferable and name substitutions will not be allowed.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 20 days after the Congress.
Hotel : The official travel agent of Congress (Pera Air & Tourism) guarantees to pay the full amount back in case of a booking cancellation done 21 days ahead of the date of check-in. After 21 days, the policy of the hotel will be valid.
Tours : The official travel agent of Congress (Pera Air & Tourism) guarantees to pay the full amount of the tour back in case of a cancellation done before 21 days ahead of the tour starting date. 60% is refunded in case of a cancellation done until 7 days ahead of tour starting date.
No refund will be paid for any cancellation done after 7 days to the tour starting date.
